Performance Tutus

Practice Tutus
Tutus constructed to last. This half tutu becomes a part of the dancer’s life. It is designed to endure many hours of rehearsal in preparation for performance. A garment that is an alluring and romantic representation for what is yet to come. The same technical construction as a performance tutu sans decoration.

Tutus constructed as a work of art for installation in a site-specific sphere. This tutu is fitted to a fiberglass form. The tutu becomes an iconic symbol of the grace of ballet. Institutions, galleries, businesses, and private dwellings house the static tutu in the form of a display.
